Manning is produced in Sumatra, Indonesia, Asia, also known as Sumatran Coffee. The main producing areas are located in Java, Sulawesi and Sumatra.

Mantenin has a rich flavor, obvious bitterness, mellow and trace sweetness. It is considered to be the richest coffee in the world because of its unique flavor.

Mantenin is not the name of the producing area, nor the name of the coffee variety, but the transliteration of the Indonesian "Mandheling" nation.

During World War II, a Japanese soldier drank a full-bodied cup of coffee in a coffee shop and asked the owner the name of the coffee, because the owner of the coffee shop was mistaken for asking where the owner was from. Mantenin got his name.

After the war, the Japanese soldier recalled the "Mantenin" he had drunk in Indonesia, so he commissioned Indonesian coffee passengers to lose 15 tons to Japan, but it was unexpectedly very popular, and Mantenin's name was handed down as a result. The coffee merchant is now the well-known Pwani Coffee Company Coffee Company.

Coffee processed by wet planing is a tradition of Indonesian Sumatran coffee.

Harvest: every year from March to May and September to December is the harvest season for Sumatran coffee, each farmer collects fresh coffee fruit. With the promotion of boutique coffee and the implementation of the all-red cherry program, more and more coffee farmers only harvest all-red coffee cherries.

Molting fermentation: after noon every day during the harvest season, coffee farmers send coffee cherries collected in the morning to the peeling workshop for processing, that is, the peel and pulp of coffee cherries are removed to become wet parchment coffee. Coffee farmers ferment parchment coffee, usually between 12 and 36 hours, depending on the situation. After fermentation, parchment coffee is dried. During the harvest season, every household has sacks to dry parchment coffee, which is their source of income.

When coffee beans are dried to 15% 14% moisture, coffee beans are selected by machine, removed impurities and classified according to particle size. This step is usually sorted by machine, so it is called machine selection.

The most famous coffee in Indonesia is the Mantenin Tiger. Not all Manning who has been hand-selected three times can be called "tiger". Only Manning produced by Tiger Manor, and with the taste and flavor characteristics of Manning "tiger", "strong and round, with a very good aroma of traditional Chinese medicine and grapefruit", is the real meaning of Mantenin "tiger" coffee.
