Reko washing treatment Station, which began in 2001, is a small washing plant located in the Cochelle area. This batch of fully ripe coffee cherries is carefully treated so that this batch of coffee has outstanding aromas, such as floral aromas with mango, peach, and a variety of hard fruit sweetness, walnut flavor and cocoa-like aroma in the finish.

When the Reko processing plant harvests coffee cherries, a sweetness tester will be used to test whether the cherry sweetness is the best at that time, and then enter the washing plant to use the clean water source of the local river for washing treatment. The fermentation time will be 36-48 hours according to the weather conditions, and then the African bed will be used to dry for 10-12 days.
