Water washing treatment of Shengli Manor El Triunfo Farm, Washed Process, Fraijanes in Hannis

Introduction to the manor

El Triunfo Victory Manor is located in the Farhanis-Santa Rosa producing area of Guatemala, at an altitude of 1249-1371 meters. It specializes in producing manor coffee with very hard beans of SHB. It produces about 1200 packets of raw coffee beans of 46kg every year and has been operating for more than 120 years.

Because it is located in the mountain area, it is possible to take advantage of the advantages of multiple trees and use shade planting to protect coffee trees and ensure water retention and absorption. Use very low doses of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to protect coffee and maintain its quality. Every year, from November to February, farmers mobilize a lot of manpower to pick and filter ripe coffee cherries. Then remove the flesh from the bright red fruit. After washing and standing in water, and then drying in the sun to reduce the humidity of coffee beans.

The coffee at Shengli Manor is known as Thor Chocolate in the coffee world. The sweet chocolate is pleasing with delicate acidity and saturated taste.
