Finca Guayabo is a high-quality coffee farm located in the Santa Ana volcanic area of Santa Ana, El Salvador, with an altitude of 1300 MULMUR 1500 meters above sea level. The hillside of the volcanic zone has plenty of moisture and many microclimates, which makes the coffee grown here very delicate. This farm mainly grows Bourbon varieties, and the primitive forest facies in the area remains intact, and birds, reptiles and other wild animals often visit the park. Finca Guayabo presents this coffee bean with different treatments. 50% honey treatment and 50% water washing are used to blend this unique "chocolate lover" single producing area of coffee in El Salvador. With 100% Bourbon varieties, two different treatments are used to make the whole coffee more layered in flavor and richer in taste.

In terms of treatment, the honey treatment method is to first transport the coffee beans to the honey processing field about 800 meters above sea level for treatment. the advantage of processing at lower elevations is that it is not easy to get clouds, sufficient sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays, so that the coffee beans can absorb enough heat and show a very good aroma, and making honey to treat coffee in such a place can fully dry the coffee fruit in a very short time, and the flavor can be more firmly presented. The washing rule uses this area to enrich water resources and give the coffee a clean taste. The single manor coffee beans, which are formulated in this way, are the flavor that the farmer wants to express.

Because this coffee is full of chocolate, cocoa, drupe cream, the whole thickness is very smooth, suitable for medium-roasted way to show the unique chocolate taste of this coffee, so we specially named "chocolate lover".
