Andalucia Manor is located in the Santa Ana Volcano Region (Ilamatepec) of Salvador and was founded in 1940. There are many important factors that make Andalucia one of the most outstanding estates in El Salvador, the most important of which is the very high altitude of the estate, which allows coffee trees to grow in very suitable temperatures at an altitude of more than 1440 meters, and the rich volcanic ash soil and self-sufficient streams in the estate.
Andalucia Estate is operated by Lima family. The estate mainly grows traditional coffee varieties such as bourbon or pacamara. At the same time, the estate owner maintains the traditional and original style of the estate. The coffee trees grow under the dense traditional Inga shade trees. Andalucia Estate has been certified by Rainforest Alliance for many years. Due to the many different tree species in the estate, visitors can find many unique plants and animals in Salvador. At the same time, the plantation owners also adopt organic farming methods to provide the most appropriate growth model for coffee trees.
This manor's defective beans are not many, and most of them are poor in appearance. There are no worm-eaten beans. The quality of beans is quite good.
The baking was controlled at 12 minutes, about 7 minutes into a burst,
A burst of beans. My impression of this coffee is that it has a fairly intense sweetness, a clean taste, a delicate floral aroma and a mild acidity. Very suitable for friends who dare not drink acid.
