The Las Minas Mountains are located in eastern Guatemala and contain numerous treasures belonging to Guatemala. In addition to natural forest ecosystems and wildlife, it is rich in gold and jade veins, making the Las Minas Mountains famous for its treasures in Central America. To protect this mountain forest, the Las Minas Mountains have now been designated as Guatemala National Park.

In the early days, the Las Minas Mountains were cold at altitude and latitude, making it inaccessible to coffee cultivation. However, due to the greenhouse effect, high-altitude fine coffee cultivation gradually appeared in the Las Minas Mountains; the most famous of these is La Bella. Bella means "beautiful woman" in Spanish and accurately describes this beautiful estate. Biya Estate was one of the first high-altitude boutique coffee estates in the Las Minas Mountains, and after the emergence of the Guatemala Cup of Excellence (C.O.E), this emerging micro-region began to take its place in the Cup of Excellence. Located on the southern slopes of the Las Minas Mountains, the chain of volcanic islands south of Guatemala blocks moisture from the Pacific Ocean, while the northern mountains block moisture from the Atlantic Ocean, making the microclimate very dry. However, Biya Manor has unique conditions. There is a flowing spring in the manor, which makes the manor have abundant water for irrigation all year round and excellent washing treatment. After four generations of hard work, Biya Manor now has outstanding experience and wisdom in seed selection, planting, harvesting and treatment. At the same time, the estate attaches great importance to environmental conservation: the use of solar energy to drive drying facilities, recycling water, earthworm incubators (natural composting method to improve soil fertility); improve the quality of life of the estate workers: provide medical assistance, education, living environment and related social welfare services.
