Fairview Manor (Fazenda Boa Vista) is located in the town of Dom Vicoso in the Minas Mountain area (Mantiqueira de Minas) south of Minas Gerais. The manor covers an area of about 100 hectares, of which 40 hectares are planted with coffee, ranging from 1150 to 1450 meters above sea level, with an average elevation of 1186 meters.

In 1880, the founder of the estate, Mr. Custodio Teodoro Ribeiro de Carvalho, founded Rosario Manor (Fazenda do Rosario) and began to grow coffee and livestock. In 1952, Mr. Cutodeo's daughter, Maria Aparecida Carvalho Ferraz, and her husband inherited the management of the estate and renamed the inherited farm Fazenda Boa Vista because of the excellent scenery of its location.

In 1975, Fairview Manor was officially transformed into a coffee farm, when the two major varieties planted in the estate were Catuai and Mundo Novo. Since 1986, the current third generation of successors, the Mr.Ferrazs brothers, began to join the team in charge of coffee production. Starting with a wide range of planting tests, Mr. Faroz is constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of coffee. In addition, it has also strengthened staff training and applied new technology and equipment to assist. In addition to coffee cultivation, the post-processing factory of coffee in the manor is also one of the important keys to the improvement of quality. The coffee quality of Fairview Manor continues to improve every year as a result of the efforts of Mr. Farworth and gentlemen.

The Fairview Manor combines the high-quality conditions such as geographical location, local climate and seed picking technology, thus producing high-quality raw coffee beans. In addition to coffee cultivation, Mr. Faroz manages the manor with the concept of sustainable management, protects the springs and rivers that flow through the park by expanding the forest vegetation area, and has planted many endangered and diverse native fruit trees in the park.
