Aurora Manor is located in Piedra Candela, Volken producing area in the northwest corner of Chiriquí Province. The manor has a total area of 31 hectares, with an altitude of 1485-1700 meters. The coffee planting area has 15 hectares, with an average planting altitude of 1600 meters, an annual average temperature of 16-25 degrees, and a rainfall of 3500 mm. The manor owner treats sun-dried beans very carefully. The whole process is complex and time-consuming. There is a large area of original ecological forest at the top of the planting area. Avocado trees are also planted in the planting area for shade. The cherry fruits harvested late in the harvest of the sun beans make the fruits have higher maturity and sweetness. After picking, they are placed on African beds equipped with shade cloth for drying. The dense shade trees and shade cloth can make the temperature and humidity during drying more stable. The whole drying process lasts for 20 to 30 days according to the weather conditions. Such sun rose summer coffee beans have amazing purity and excellent quality.
Dry aromas with rich fruit and creamy aromas. The palate has a very complex flavor, melon, lychee, and very prominent grape and wine flavors, followed by almond and cream flavors, the overall has a lively round acid and outstanding caramel sweetness, medium body, smooth and pure.
