Jamaica Coffee Blue Mountain Coffee (English: Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee) is a kind of coffee made from beans produced in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. Pure Blue Mountain Coffee is very rare.
The Blue Mountains of Jamaica is the highest mountain in the Western Caribbean (2256 meters high) and the highest peak in the Caribbean. Located in the coffee belt, with fertile volcanic soil, fresh air, no pollution, humid climate, foggy and rainy all the year round (the average precipitation is 1980 mm, the temperature is around 27 degrees), this climate has created the world-famous Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, which is the most expensive coffee in the world except civet coffee.
In 1717 King Louis XV of France ordered coffee to be grown in Jamaica, and in the mid-1920 s, the Governor of Jamaica, Nicholas. NicholasLawes imported Arabica seeds from Martinique and began to plant them in St. Andrew. In 1932, coffee production reached its peak and more than 15000 tons of coffee was harvested. The production of coffee is the same as that of general agricultural products, and there are great changes due to the influence of the weather. In 1969, the production of Blue Mountain Coffee in Jamaica was troubled by the hurricane. UCC enterprises in Japan provided assistance to introduce ecological planting methods.
In gratitude for the assistance of Japanese companies, Jamaica signed a contract with Japan in 1972 to supply 90% of its annual output to the Japanese market. The remaining 10% of about 3500 barrels (70 kg in oak barrels) are then released to the market (and the only coffee that preserves oak barrel packaging), so Blue Mountain Coffee is very popular in the market, establishing Blue Mountain Coffee as the dominant coffee market.
The same coffee tree species, whether planted in Hawaii, Kenya, Papua New Guinea or anywhere else with a similar climate, cannot produce the flavor of blue mountain coffee beans. Pure Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee perfectly combines the unique sour, bitter, sweet, mellow and other flavors of coffee to form a strong and attractive elegant flavor, which is unmatched by other coffee. People who love Blue Mountain Coffee say: "it is a coffee beauty that combines all the advantages of good coffee." Jim, general manager of Pitt, which is famous for its coffee and tea business in the United States, said of Blue Mountain Coffee: "it tastes fragrant, smooth and mellow, and it makes me feel as precious as a gem. It is precisely because the taste of Blue Mountain coffee is moderate and perfect, so Blue Mountain coffee is generally drunk in the form of black coffee. " Its liquid is golden in the sun and tastes smooth. According to the coffee book, Blue Mountain is the only bitter and sour coffee in the world that people can enjoy. Just drink it.
There are three grades of coffee in the Blue Mountain area: blue Mountain Coffee (Blue Mountain Coffee), Alpine Coffee (JamaicaHighMountasinSupremeCoffeeBeans) and Jamaican Coffee (Jamaica Prime CoffeeBeans). Among them, Blue Mountain Coffee and Alpine Coffee are each divided into two grades. The order of quality from top to bottom is Blue Mountain NO.1, Blue Mountain NO.2, Alpine NO.1, Alpine NO.2, Jamaican Coffee.
RSW Blue Mountain Manor is located in the legal Blue Mountain area of Jamaica. The letters RSW refer to the 100% Blue Mountain coffee beans produced by its Resource, Sherwood Forest and Whitfield Hall estates. RSW is one of the highest estates in the Blue Mountain area. Due to the high altitude, the shady clouds on the mountain are often very beneficial to the growth of coffee trees in the afternoon. Avoiding the overheated sun at noon makes the growth and nutrient absorption of coffee fruits more complete.
