This article comes from the 21st Century Economic report.

With the full entry of Silver Heron and Starbucks, Nestl é's performance in coffee drinks is worth looking forward to.

On February 13, in response to rumors that Nestl é used its Yinlu Group to acquire all the stores of Quanshi convenience stores in Beijing, Tianjin and Chengdu, Nestl é sent a statement to the 21st Century Economic Herald, saying that the company is controlled by Xiamen Yinlu Food Group Co., Ltd., Shanhai Blueprint has nothing to do with Xiamen Yinlu Food Group Co., Ltd., so it has nothing to do with Nestl é.

Data show that Quanshi convenience store is a local convenience store brand in Beijing. although there are frequent crises such as out of stock and the departure of regional leaders in 2018, there are still 400 stores, making it the convenience store with the largest number of stores in Beijing. As of the news of the acquisition, Quanshi convenience store has been located in Southwest China, South China, Central China, East China and North China, and plans to expand in Beijing, Tianjin, Langfang, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Chongqing and other first-and second-tier core cities.

It is understood that the mountain and sea blueprint mentioned in the Nestle statement is the real acquirer of the full-time convenience store. Tianyan check enterprise information shows that Cai Xueyan and Zhao Polish respectively own 50% of Shanhai Blueprint Commercial Co., Ltd., and Cai Xueyan is also the legal representative of Xiamen Yinlu Import and Export Co., Ltd. (the current company status is "cancellation").

According to people familiar with the matter, Cai Xueyan is the actual controller of the mountain and sea blueprint, coupled with the special identity of Cai Xueyan, who was once one of the founders of Xiamen Yinlu, so Nestl é was rumored to be the buyer of the full-time convenience store.

In fact, in 2011, Nestl é spent 1.5 billion yuan to acquire a 60% stake in the Yinlu Food Company of Xiamen Yinlu Group. The acquired Yinlu once became a drag in the Nestl é business sector. Last year, Nestl é was named to sell Yinlu in an open letter issued by Wall Street investor Daniel Loeb.

However, a reporter from the 21st Century Economic report looked up the latest ownership structure of Xiamen Yinlu Food on the 13th and found that Nestl é has achieved a 100% stake in Xiamen Yinlu Food. In this regard, the relevant person in charge of Nestl é revealed to reporters that the increase in the holdings of Yinlu was carried out last year.

In sharp contrast to the low-key holding Yinlu is the cooperation between Nestl é and Starbucks. In August last year, Nestl é reached a $7.15 billion deal with Starbucks to authorize Nestl é to sell its packaging products worldwide, including Starbucks packaged coffee (coffee beans, instant coffee and other retail businesses) and beverages in supermarkets. it involves most products and services outside Starbucks physical stores. With the help of these two asset purchases, Nestl é further laid out its coffee and beverage business.

At present, the main bodies of "Chengdu Ourhours convenience Store", "Beijing Ourhours convenience Store" and "Tianjin Ourhours convenience Store" have been certified as "Chengdu Shanhai Blueprint Commercial Co., Ltd.", "Beijing Shanhai Blueprint Commercial Co., Ltd." and "Tianjin Shanhai Blueprint supermarket Management Co., Ltd.". Although the acquisition proved to have nothing to do with Nestl é, Nestl é's performance in coffee drinks is even more anticipated with the full entry of Yinlu and Starbucks.
