Ethiopia's administrative region is divided into four levels, the order from big to small is Region, Zone, woreda, and kebele. Most of the raw coffee beans are named according to this rule. Guji-Xia Qiso is located in the southeast of Yejia Sheffield, a well-known producing area. In terms of administrative division, it belongs to the Oromia Region → Guji Zone → Shakisso woreda, belonging to the regional source of coffee beans.

Guji is part of Oromia, Ethiopia's largest coffee producing region, named after the Oromo tribe. The Guji district borders the southern states (SNNP), including the Gedeo district (where Yirgacheffe is located) and the Sidama district. Ethiopia is the country with the richest genetic diversity of coffee on earth, and wild native varieties can be found in the forest. This batch of coffee cherries are planted at an alarming altitude of 1900-2380 meters, with abundant rainfall and fertile soil. Coupled with Ethiopia's complex ancient native varieties, all conditions are unique, dense fruit, concentrated flavor, coupled with well-controlled, slow and careful treatment process. You deserve to win the championship in one fell swoop!

Guji coffee in geography, culture and flavor are different from the previous flavor while maintaining the traditional characteristics.

Mormora Devil Farm in Guji Plateau, founded in 2012 by nearby families and local small farmers, is between 2000 and 2300 meters above sea level. They carry out organic agriculture on the Guji Plateau, and they increase their planting area every year. All the varieties are from nearby local traditional varieties, they are also known as "mother trees". At present, Guji Highland only produces sun-cured coffee, and plans to build a water washing plant in the future.
