Vista Al Chirrip ó

Rivense del chpo is a family miniature factory founded by Regulo Urena and Isabel Rojas in 2005. It is located in the Brunca region of southern Costa Rica and settled in a miniature area called chpo.

It is the tallest farm owned by the Urena Rojas family. Mount Chirrip ó is the highest mountain in Costa Rica, from which you can see the farm where the sun rises every morning.

Coffee is picked when cherries are most ripe and is pulped during complete drying (no water is used for transport or pulping coffee) to keep the sticky matter full and clean, drying 100% on beds in Africa, ground and high-quality classification. This batch is the Caturra variety in honey processing.
