Agua Dulce

The farm, called AGUA AZUL (Blue Water), is located in La Palma in the town of Pahabriana, more than 2000 meters above sea level. Four years ago, I bought this piece of land. Because of the height and distance of the road, and in order to give my family a bright future, my offer was very economical, so I chose to sow seeds in this land without considering that I could get good coffee. My farm has been producing for four years in a row, and two years ago I found that I could get a good cup, which is why I applied some new techniques and / or processes to improve the cup and participated in the third Outstanding Cup competition in Peru in 2019.

Peru ranked third in COE in 2019.
