It won the championship of TOH. Before we introduce this bean, let's know what it is about TOH.
Everyone listens to COE a lot, so what is TOH?
In 2000, in order to help coffee production in Africa and improve the quality of coffee in Africa, the African Fine Coffee Association launched a coffee bean competition called East Africa Taste of Harvest Competition (East Africa Harvest season Flavor Competition). 12 coffee producing countries in Africa held a coffee cup test competition, similar to the international COE raw bean competition. TOH is divided into national and African competitions, which is a regional competition, which is different from the international competition of COE.
In terms of scoring, TOH is based on the raw bean cup test criteria of CQI and SCA, and the winners of national competitions can represent countries to participate in the African regional finals.
Today, the Amedilaro won the Ethiopian national championship in the 1920 production season and the championship in the African region, with a final score of 90.7.
