I've always wanted to open a coffee shop, but I haven't figured out what position it is yet, and I've overturned several plans in my mind.

Most people remember the coffee shop like the one in a movie or novel, full of literary accent, low-key, quiet and romantic. But the real problem is that in the final analysis, the coffee shop is still an ordinary caterer, always want to make a profit, ah, I have observed a lot of petty bourgeois coffee shops, business is very bad, talked to several shop owners, all said that the coffee shop is easy to deficit, or transform, or close the door and go back to home.

I analyzed that at present, the coffee shops that are more successful are generally large chain brands, relying on fame, or shops that are good at playing with eyeballs.

Chain coffee shops, such as Star Dad, costa and so on, have rich experience in operation and management and are worth learning. But joining is certainly not the first consideration, either it is only open to regional agents, or the franchise fee is 7 figures, so you can only look at it from a distance.

I have been to a lot of creative independent stores, and it feels good, but there are always some concerns.

Some shops will spend great efforts on decoration, become pastoral and fresh, vampire style, or decorate with Chinese style, in short, the appearance is more distinctive, it is indeed more attractive, but once the eye addiction is over, it is no different from an ordinary coffee shop.

Cat coffee is very topical recently, and it can be said to be a paradise for those who like cats but cannot keep them, but in that case, you have to spend a lot of energy to take care of cats, epidemic prevention and hygiene are very important, and it has little to do with coffee shops. Some cat coffee is transformed into direct pet shops.

Maid coffee and deacon coffee are so out of the mainstream that only people who understand those subcultures will patronize. The audience is too narrow, it is not easy to maintain a business, and generally there are enough potential customers in big cities.

Recently, I also saw a kind of street micro-coffee, called Black Coffee Knight, the store is small like a milk tea shop, specializing in freshly ground coffee to take out, very similar to pick-up coffee shops in Europe and the United States. There are also large shops that sell a lot of desserts and even light meals in addition to coffee. Business is good in business districts with more white-collar workers. Online check the threshold to join is not high, do not know how the prospects, there are friends know this?

I remember a great god said that opening a store should first attract people into the store, and then know how to make customers spend & repeat consumption. Is there any other coffee shop that is both creative and doing good business?
