In the past two years, there have been many stylish cafes in Hangzhou, and their owners may be a group of designers, some full-time wives, several media people in advertising circles, and so on, but most of them open cafes in their careers and families. After the life track is gradually stable, they want to have their own spiritual life, or to find a gathering place in their own circle, so the coffee shop has become the best choice to start a business.

Zhejiang University recently opened a Lotus coffee restaurant on the road. The cafe, which has only been open for more than a month, is not doing very well. There is no very strict management system here. When friends come to the store, Xingfang Taniguchi, the landlady, makes their own desserts. Jiang Feifei, the boss, and Xingfang Taniguchi, two full-time wives, hit it off when they opened the shop.

Taniguchi Xingfang said: "We opened a coffee shop and did not fantasize about how much money we would make and become a little rich woman." Instead, I hope that in this shop of more than 100 square meters, I picked out all the tables, chairs, wallpaper and murals, and found a group of people who resonated in their thoughts and became friends. " The two leaders of Lotus agreed: "to open this store, the most important thing is to reap spiritual wealth."

Therefore, before the opening of Lotus, the two shareholders never considered whether high rents would affect subsequent profits. How to deploy the menu in order to make a higher profit? "Let's talk about it for a year. We are psychologically prepared to settle the account a year later." Taniguchi Xingfang said.

In addition to the coffee beans selected by a company that specializes in exporting to Japan in Shanghai, Lotus also has many gadgets, such as cups, coasters and pillows, which Xingfang Taniguchi bought from Japan. This is a caf é run by a thoughtful female boss, because at present, most of the female customers here, in addition to drinking coffee, Jiang Feifei and Taniguchi Xingfang also planned a lot of activities, such as inviting guests to sign up for DIY pudding and so on. Xingfang Taniguchi has been a stylist in Japan for about 8 years, and there are often small salons for girls in cafes, such as clothing with salons, nail salons and so on.

Of the ten cafes surveyed by reporters, 100% opened cafes to fulfill their personal dreams. Most of them said: "Cafe is the first choice in all categories of entrepreneurship because they don't like an overly restrictive work life."
