The owner of the estate is owned by the Luis Pedro Zelaya family and has been operating for four generations, dating back to 1908. Bella Carmona is a mixture of two family estates called Hacienda Bellavista and Carmona, which grows coffee in Jocotenango, a small place in the volcanic region of Antigua. The Zelaya family has always attached great importance to coffee quality. From coffee planting to the process of processing, there is quite strict management, planting silver birch for shade, have their own processing plant.
