3. 7. You are not allowed to make or receive private calls during office hours, and you are not allowed to use the store phone for private affairs (except in special cases).
8. During office hours, you are not allowed to meet visitors privately or do things that have nothing to do with your work.
9. Employees should pay attention to civilization, speak in civilized language, treat guests warmly, serve with a smile, welcome guests and send them off.
10. The waiter should be proficient in ordering, have proper recommendation, do not push, and guests should pay the order quickly and correctly.
11. Employees should take good care of public property, do not make any noise, be light (walking, talking and doing things), clean up the workplace after work every day, turn off the power supply, doors and windows, clean and check the scene, safety first.
Staff should deal with the raw materials, appliances and consumables in the store, reasonable use is not allowed to waste, and some valuables should be kept by special personnel to avoid damage.
13. Employees are prohibited from eating snacks and smoking during working hours.
