Exhibitor procedure
1. Fill in the "Exhibition return form" as required and fax it to the exhibition organizer.
two。 Exhibitors are required to use 50% of the rent of the bank wire transfer booth as a deposit (RMB) or pay the full amount in a lump sum to determine the location of the booth. The balance of the booth rent should be remitted no later than July 30, 2016.
3. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the exhibitors' Handbook to the exhibitors, including the introduction of the pavilion, the transportation of exhibits, the design and construction of the booth, accommodation arrangements, rental of goods and other relevant information. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
