It is this man who wears a cowboy hat for nearly 20 years to bring Starbucks to Yunnan and bring Yunnan coffee to the world. Some people say that he is a food genius. In just 2 years, he has opened 17 hot pot steakhouses and every family is full of business. Someone called him coffee.

Speaking of Liu Minghui, many people will feel strange, but when it comes to Starbucks, I believe most people in Yunnan are like thunder. It is this man who wears a cowboy hat for nearly 20 years to bring Starbucks to Yunnan and bring Yunnan coffee to the world.

Some people say that he is a food genius. In just 2 years, he has opened 17 hot pot steakhouses and every family is full of business. Some people call him the coffee messenger to bring Yunnan coffee to the world. His enterprise integrates coffee, animal husbandry, catering and red wine, with annual sales of 500 million yuan.

As the first entrepreneurial example to share his entrepreneurial experience on stage, Liu Minghui received thunderous applause as soon as he took the stage, and he was still wearing his iconic cowboy hat. He said confidently: "Yunnan coffee accounts for 98% of China's total coffee production, and the growth history of Yunnan coffee is my growth history."

Liu Minghui used to be a cowboy in the village of the Ai nationality, eating coffee beans grown in front and back of the house as fruit. He went to college to study tropical crop cultivation in 1982, which made him know more about coffee again. In 1988, I went to Italy to learn the process of making coffee, including coffee cultivation, production and coffee culture. In 1996, he went to New York to set up his own coffee roasting and processing plant with Yunnan native coffee produced in Aiyi Manor. After 12 years of efforts, he has brought Yunnan coffee to Canada, EU countries, Japan and South Korea and other parts of the world, so he is also known as the first person to bring Yunnan coffee to the world.

On December 12, 2012, Starbucks Coffee's first coffee grower support center in Asia was inaugurated and put into operation in Pu'er, Yunnan. Liu Minghui is the chairman of Aiyi Coffee, the only partner of Starbucks Coffee Bean project in China.
