The predecessor of Caohua Dahei was a semifinished house in three lanes and seven alleys, and it was first conceived that the residents would move back. For Xie, in terms of design, he prefers to use subtraction and deconstruction to restore the original structure into the basic unit of each deconstruction, such as the seemingly unusual design presentation of knocking out the windows and walls of the original building into a floor-to-ceiling window on a whole side.

You don't have to have a sink or something like the traditional one. It doesn't have to be like that, just like everyone thinks that you must use a bowl to eat noodles. Caohua Dahei has three baristas, who not only have good looks and make good coffee, but also have a lot of fame and history, such as Binbin, the champion of Fuzhou District in last year's WBC (World Barista Championship) World Barista Competition, and the first female champion of WBC in Fuzhou Division.
