Specific practices:

1/2 cup fresh espresso

Two and a half cups of low fat milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon dry pectin (a natural thickener)

Put all ingredients in a container and shake until sugar dissolves. Add ice and freeze. Serve.

To make mocha flavor variants: Add 1/16 teaspoon cocoa powder before mixing.
