In the 20th century, the Japanese Kimura Company planted coffee in Jiaji and Mizuho in 1931; in 1950, the United States Army defended Taiwan, that is, instant coffee was introduced into Taiwan, and at the beginning there was only Nestle Coffee; the first International Coffee Association was established in 1962; and the Antong Coffee Fair was launched in 1963. In 1980, Guanxiang Cafe was popular in the central and southern part of the country. It is also the most popular coffee shop in central and southern China.
