Living in a small business in Hong Kong, Xen Coffee certainly does not want to become another Starbucks or any linked coffee shop. Providing the best coffee has always been the ideal of the shopkeeper. Dixon, the shopkeeper, has a crazy love for coffee. Inspired by his father's fondness for drinking coffee, he became the first coffee maker in Greater China to have a special cup referee award issued by Specialty Coffee Association of Amercia (SCAA) and Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) of the United States, as well as a coffee bar approved by the Coffee quality Research Institute.
