Varieties of coffee cherries: Elaraby, Libiga, and Romsta varieties of coffee beans: blue Mountain, Mocha, Santos, Colombia, Mantelin, Guatemala, Romsda Coffee is a small shrub that grows in cold depressions, its fruit is white or yellow, and the outer seeds are what we call coffee beans. At present, coffee beans are grown in about 66 countries around the world, among which they can be classified as Arabica, Robusta and Liberica. Arabica is the largest number of important coffee bean varieties, accounting for about 80% of its aroma and moral character. Because of its poor moral character, Robusta is mostly used to make instant coffee. Liberica has a low yield because of its poor character; it is rarely mentioned. Coffee has a unique flavor and is difficult to comply with, and its peculiar flavor is loved by everyone. Now I would like to make a brief introduction to the important coffee beans in the Taiwan market: blue Mountain Coffee (BLUE MOUNTAIN), which is consumed in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica at an altitude of more than 2500 feet, is a kind of coffee with slightly sour, supple, sweet and delicate flavor. Pure Blue Mountain Coffee has a mild taste and light flavor, but it tastes very mellow and fine. With aristocratic taste, it is the best coffee. At present, mocha coffee (MOCHA) is the best coffee consumed by Yemen, followed by Ethiopia's mocha; mocha coffee is smooth with strong acid, excellent sweetness, peculiar flavor and chocolate flavor; it has the temperament of a lady and is a kind of pure coffee with great characteristics. Colombian coffee (COLOMBIA) is characterized by SUPREMO, which is soft and mellow, slightly sour to moderately sour, stable in character and flavor, and is a medium coffee, which is used to distribute comprehensive coffee.
