The owner of the coffee shop, Zhaochun Tanahara, has been soaking in the aroma of coffee since he was 3 years old. when he grew up, he inherited his parents' coffee business and took care of the business of the Orchid House. In order to make better coffee, Tanahara tried to improve his ability to taste coffee, so he won the first place in the "Japanese barista Championship" and third place in the World Cup in the Netherlands on behalf of Japan.

In the Orchid Pavilion, apart from enjoying a cup of coffee that "makes people feel surrounded by aroma, soothing and gentle", even the cup from which you drink coffee will be unique-Tanahara will ask guests to bring back different coffee cups from all over the world.

At the age of 3, Tanahara's parents opened the Orchid Cafe. For as long as he can remember, he watched his father bake coffee and his mother brewed coffee.

Tanahara thought the monochrome and labeled coffee cans were too monotonous and boring, so he tried to paint some colors and patterns on the cans, and found that the effect was good, so he decorated each jar. When they are put together, they not only have no sense of disobedience, but also have no fun.

In the final analysis, coffee is a Western culture, so the shop is also arranged in accordance with Western style. Although the store expanded a little because of good business, the bar, chairs and floor were all preserved at that time.
