Specialty coffee is also known as specialty coffee or specialty coffee. It refers to coffee made from green beans with excellent taste characteristics grown in a few extremely ideal geographical environments. Depending on the particular soil and climatic conditions in which they are grown, they have outstanding flavors. This type of coffee is then strictly selected and graded, and its texture is hard, rich in taste, and excellent in flavor. It is a selected coffee bean.
Sumatra is Indonesia's most important coffee-producing region, mainly spread from Toba Lake to Aceh Province. Coffee in Sumatra is not branded and sold by region. The reason is that there is not much difference in coffee aroma between regions. On the contrary, differences in the degree of manual picking, processing technology and equipment determine the differences in coffee aroma. Sumatra coffee actually circulates under the name Mandheling. The name Mantenin is derived from the name of the minority ethnic group that cultivated coffee in the area. The coffee quality grade in this region does not depend on the size or balance of the green beans, but actually on the quality of the roasted coffee aroma.
Mount Gayo Mantenin is located in Aceh province, which is famous for producing top-grade coffee. Indonesian coffee beans are generally uneven in size, cracked and have more defective beans regardless of grade. However, in fact, more than 80% of Mantenin in Mount Gayou is Tibika species, unlike other parts of Indonesia where several kinds of beans are mixed for sale, so the appearance of raw beans is relatively uniform. Mount Gayo is located in the highest mountain area in Aceh Province. Although it has a lower alcohol content than other producing areas, its unique acidity and superior balance make it the highest quality coffee in Indonesia.
