Geisha Sweet shallow roasting Panamanian Rosa Coffee Fine Coffee
Boutique coffee (specialty coffee) is also called "specialty coffee" or "select coffee". It refers to coffee made from a small number of raw beans with excellent taste grown in an ideal geographical environment. Depending on the special soil and climatic conditions in which they grow, they have outstanding flavor. After strict selection and classification, this kind of coffee can be regarded as a selection of coffee beans because of its hard texture, rich taste and excellent flavor. Boutique coffee has a rich and beautiful taste. Even if the coffee made of boutique coffee beans is not all fine coffee, it depends on whether it gives full play to the characteristics of coffee beans, whether it has a good taste, if not, it can not be called boutique coffee.
Summer coffee has been sought after by the boutique coffee industry in recent years, and the Emerald Manor became famous because of its accidental discovery of the original rose summer. What I'm going to bring you this time is the sweet summer produced by CASA RUIZ, a famous coffee cooperative in Panama.
CASA RUIZ, like Emerald Manor, often gets a place in CoE,BOP. CASA RUIZ's estate seems to be synonymous with quality and excellence, and its coffee has never let the world down.
Geisha Sweet (Sweet Rose Summer) won seventh place in BOP. The coffee beans are vacuum packaged with 5 pounds each. The raw beans are light green in color and the seams in the semi-washing treatment are not very obvious (Honey&Natural, that is, honey treatment is written in the attached material).
Geisha Sweet (Sweet Rose Summer) uses a shallow baking method, and the beans are wrinkled obviously.

The aroma of dried coffee is very attractive and has an obvious citrus-like aroma during grinding. The brewed coffee is slightly sour in the mouth, with aromas of honey and passion fruit, with a sweet mango finish. Moderately mellow, it is a fruity coffee.
