How to operate the coffee filter cup of the G7 coffee pot in Zhongyuan, Vietnam

1, to a glass of tap water in a small cup, throw it into the microwave oven and hit 1:30 seconds so that it can roll away. I am a Panasonic 1250W microwave oven, which is much faster than using a stove.

During the period of boiling water, you can put the coffee powder into the Vietnamese coffee pot. Before putting the coffee powder, I strongly recommend putting a piece of gauze underneath to prevent the coffee grounds from falling into the cup. Toilet paper is also fine. please make sure it is the one without bleach. No matter what you put under it, wet it on the faucet after putting it in to make sure it covers every small hole in the bottom of the coffee pot)

How much coffee powder to put: I am 4OZ small, put the coffee powder on the level of 3x4 after gauze, and then press it with the lid of the coffee maker. Of course, the lid can be rotated and linked with the threaded column at the bottom in order to press the coffee more tightly. But I don't think it's necessary, and I put so much coffee powder that it's impossible to tighten the threaded column with a gland. In fact, just press it, the effect is about the same. (if anyone has less coffee powder, comrades who only want to drink a small cup will advise you not to tighten it too tight, otherwise you will be dying of anxiety for a long time.)

3, cooked in the microwave oven, take it out and put it on the table and stir it with stirring sticks or chopsticks. Because the water in the microwave oven is overheated, you will find the water boiling when stirring. Just to be on the safe side, don't burn yourself.

Put the coffee pot on the big cup and pour in the hot water. At this time, the mixing rod can be used for drainage so as not to wet the console. After filling it, press the lid of the coffee pot with a stirring stick for a while, 10-20 seconds, make sure it is tight enough ~ because the coffee powder will expand when it encounters hot water, and after this process, you can rest assured to leave ~ ~ you will find that the pot drips very slowly. It's supposed to be black espresso.

5, add water. If the water is running out, you can continue to add the water in the boiling cup. I usually don't add it the second time. Of course, this also depends on how much coffee powder you put, and it doesn't matter if you add it once more than I do. But it must be the thickest for the first time.

Warm the milk at the end of the second drop, pour a glass of milk and put it in the microwave oven. Finally, pour in and stir a cup of tepid coffee and you can drink it. It tastes good. Since I used this, I don't think it's necessary to go to Starbucks.

① clean filtered water, heated to 90-96 degrees (if there is no thermometer, boil and set aside for 30-45 seconds)

② folds the filter paper along the seam (either natural or bleached)

③ put the filter paper into the filter cup and wash it thoroughly with hot water. If it is natural filter paper, be very careful. Wet cleaning can not only wash off the smell of the pulp, but also heat the filter cup. if it is not heated in advance, the temperature of the water will drop sharply during extraction, resulting in improper extraction.

④ grinds fresh coffee beans, and then you can start.

The V60 caters to many variables in coffee making, mainly in the design of these three points:

1. Cone at an angle of 60 degrees: this prolongs the time for the water to flow through the coffee powder to the center.

2. A large filter hole: this allows us to control the flavor of coffee by changing the flow rate of water.

3. Spiral pattern: this allows air to escape upward from all around to maximize the expansion of coffee powder.
