Washed coffee fruit. When the palm cats are full, the local farmers bow down and cover their noses in search of cat droppings. Once they found the target, they knelt down and dug like archaeologists, and if they were lucky, they could find a few whole coffee beans that had not been digested by the cat. Palm cats can digest most coffee beans, and the shells of those "surviving" coffee beans are thicker and harder and are not easy to digest, just to the taste of farmers. Perhaps because most people are out of reach, drinking Nuwak coffee has become a fashion. But even those who can taste Nouak Coffee cannot accept its exaggerated "birth". At a tasting meeting, many celebrities carefully savoured every fragrance of Nouak coffee without being told the truth, and tried to describe their sensory reactions in gorgeous words.

Kopi Luwak collection process

Collect the undigested coffee seeds that are fermented in the body after the civets eat the coffee fruit.

After washing, dry in the sun and mash the silver gray film of the coffee seeds.

After stir-frying, the civet coffee beans are made. A jin of civet coffee seeds can only extract about 150 grams of coffee beans, which will cause 20% loss in the roasting process, so it is very rare.

Kopi Luwak brewing process:

Preheat the clean siphon pot with hot water and wipe dry. Put the strainer into the upper pot and preheat it with hot water.

Fill the siphon pot with the corresponding water according to a few cups, and the water will be marked. About 150ml water for a cup of coffee.

Ground coffee, medium thickness, about 20g per cup, 2 cups 30g, 3 cups 40g coffee powder.

When the water is boiling, gently insert the upper pot into the lower pot and press down gently. When the water rises by about 1 / 2, pour in the coffee powder. After the water boils up, gently press down the raised coffee powder with flat bamboo slices.

When the water has all risen, lower the firepower and stir until the coffee powder precipitates and extinguishes the fire. Boil for about 1 minute 45 seconds ~ 2 minutes to quickly remove the fire source. At the same time, wipe the glass bottle repeatedly with a cold wet cloth to make it cool down rapidly.
