Just two days ago, the first three-story Starbucks in Hong Kong officially opened in Wan Chai. Starbucks' trend in Hong Kong this year is indeed a bit of a surprise. Apart from finally keeping up with the quality of products around Japan and South Korea, the Starbucks Reserve Coffee Shop is also strongly promoted. Unlike the usual shops, Reserve offers a more refined coffee experience.
Reserve stores are marked with stars and R letters, so you can experience hand-brewed coffee, especially the coffee beans used in Reserve stores are selected coffee beans with high quality and low yield.
The new store is three stories high, and with more space, it is not so monotonous to set up seats, but to create a more diversified coffee taste tour.
Although the underground exhibition room is hidden behind the mermaid paintings, it is not open to the public, but as long as you sign up for the workshop, there will be a guided tour of Starbucks's search for coffee beans, which is divided into six themes: planting, screening, desizing, drying, quality and purchasing.
On the shelf are 120 coffee cups painted by partners at Starbucks stores in Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and Cambodia.
The ground floor is used for exhibition purposes to share with you the process of making coffee. For example, did you know that coffee beans come from Coffee Cherry?
The first floor is Coffee Shop,Menu, like other branches, there are a variety of coffee, drinks and snacks to buy, of course, there is also a series of Starbucks cups and coffee cups. There are a small number of seats, the shop is full of works of art based on the coffee community, with simple wooden design tables and chairs, very suitable for slowly tasting coffee. On the other side, there is Experience Bar, where hand-brewed coffee is sold, and you can communicate closely with baristas.
Experience Bar is now Starbucks' favorite long platform curved design.
The coffee workshop is on the second floor. There are two kinds of workshops, namely hand-brewed coffee and coffee flower-pulling.
The third floor is the highlight, which is the main theme of this branch: coffee workshop!
If you like coffee but don't know the basics of coffee / have the habit of making or pulling flowers at home on weekdays, you can take part in this workshop to absorb a little more knowledge.
If you have read a lot of books about coffee / have a lot of coffee utensils at home / have successfully pulled out basic patterns such as hearts and leaves, you are advised not to waste your money.

The workshop will start accepting online registration from August 17, and Starbucks Rewards members will have priority to experience it.
The workshop will be held from 7 pm to 9 pm on Thursday or Friday at a cost of HK $450. each participant will be given a limited number of souvenirs that will not be sold to the public. among them are denim Starbucks aprons, hand-held bags, coffee spoons and various coupons specially designed for the workshop.
Although the price is a little expensive, the giveaway is awesome! Especially the denim apron, it's really beautiful!
In addition to coffee lovers' favorite coffee flowers, there are three kinds of brewing teaching in the workshop: Chemex pot, hand brewing pot and siphon pot.
Although the coffee workshop has only been open for a short time, it still attracts a lot of Starbucks fans to flock to have a taste. It seems to be having a lot of fun!?
