It is mainly made by using vapor pressure to promote the whole process of extraction and filtration. The classic siphon pot is a combination of glass upper and lower pots, heating the lower pot of water, accumulating enough vapor pressure in the heating process, and the water can be pushed into the coffee powder of the upper pot without being boiled to the boiling point. then continue to stabilize the brewing temperature in the pot with a heat source for a period of time to fully extract the flavor of the coffee. When the heat source is removed after brewing, the steam will cool and condense back to the liquid, which is similar to a vacuum. The brewed coffee will be pulled down to the lower pot by pressure and gravity, while the coffee powder will be isolated directly in the upper pot. Finally, just pour the clean coffee out of the next pot!
