Cup test report:
The Oreya Farmers' Cooperative, which is a large-scale cooperative, is one of the cooperation that I must visit when I come to Kenya, because they have a very large number of samples, and testing a little more coffee will always surprise you.
Kenya has the best coffee in the world, and the vast high altitude plateau is one of their greatest advantages. When I came out of the Kenobi airport, I was already as high as 1500 meters above sea level. All the way to the coffee producing area of Neri, it is 2,200 meters. Amazing planting hinterland, high altitude, and professional planting, treatment and classification. No wonder the coffee quality is so good.
Although the overall quality is very high, it still takes some work to find the really high quality. The batch we found this time really jumped out of many samples, a wonderful and complex flavor and aroma, ripe fruit, sweet spices, shallow baking, with aromas of black tea and flowers, with a touch of tropical fruit and honey. After the injection of hot water, a very sweet smell of honey is in the top suspension layer of coffee, and as the steam gives off, breaking the residue, you will smell ripe mango and sweetened spices, blackberries and apple juice.
The cup shows an incredibly sweet mixture of oranges and lemons, Strawberry Cake and Borromi.
If you bake him to medium or deep baking, the sweetness remains the same, and the sweet cocoa chocolate is very charming. This is a strong Kenyan coffee with extremely high quality and complex flavor, which is very rare. Don't miss it.
Cup test score: 92.5
