For professional baristas, please follow the coffee workshop (Wechat official account cafe_style)

Because this sample machine chose titanium gray, it suffered a lot when it was anodized (light color is easy to have chromatic aberration).

The official version will obediently return to foggy black.

The "X" Logo on the official version will also be white rather than purple in the photo.

The quality after correction and adjustment is quite good.

The current speed is 30 revolutions per minute, and it takes about 40 seconds for beans with a thickness of 20g of espresso.

The thickness adjustment rises 1mm per turn, and there are 90 positioning holes in one circle, so it should be close to endless adjustment.

The average residual powder after each grinding is in 0.04g--0.05g.

After a while, the ground coffee powder will be sent to the laboratory for particle size analysis.

Each set will have a serial number, and the calibration report of each set will be attached when it is shipped.

The weight of the whole unit is 16.3kg

In the future, there will be DLC-treated cutters that can be used.

The last two photos are the sharpened knife samples processed by DLC in my hand. The hardness of the red version is 3300HV, and the hardness of silver is as high as 4500HV.

First, let's take some photos for your reference.

The motor uses a 110V deceleration motor (220V is fine! ).

The maximum allowable torque is 100kg.cm, which should meet the needs of most people.

Using belt drive, idling and grinding beans are quite quiet.

How much is the difference between the next frame? I'll find time to measure it (but this kind of test variable is a little too much, just the powder distribution and filling pressure will have an impact.)

Processing is a four-axis CNC machine, the precision is very high, but in fact the most important thing is the accuracy of assembly.

It's no use if the assembly and adjustment is not done well.

There should be a simple exchange meeting after the official version comes out.
