brief description of

In November 2017, Honduras smallholder series arrived! Exclusive supply of direct purchase micro-batches, the first debut is-La Paz high altitude Gozpiez Manor!

Mirali. Merary Pacheco inherited Finca Los Cuzpias from his parents.

The estate is located in Tepanguare, La Paz District, at an altitude of 1800 meters. The owner of the estate, Melali, planted excellent katai in this high, steep and fertile land. She received the support of her husband and three children. She focused on quality and continued to learn. She aimed to produce good quality coffee and gradually increased the production from more than 20 bags to the current 60 bags. The best batch of Gozpiez Estate often appeared after April, which also caused her to be unable to register for the Cup of Excellence competition. However, This did not damage his reputation! After visiting La Paz and testing a number of smallholder batches, she has been the subject of our direct procurement and is the focus of the 2017-2018 smallholder project.

Five years ago, we introduced the Hongguo Coffee Bureau's regional smallholder program into Taiwan. Taiwan is still unfamiliar with Hongguo fine products. Over the past few years, we have found that Hongguo smallholder program batches often exceed those of some famous plantations in Guatemala and even Panama!

Hongguo smallholder project, adopt elite strategy, every year to produce excellent but very small amount of fine products, we call "Hongguo smallholder project", with the manor, the annual output is almost only 10 bags to less than 100 bags, excellent quality!

Manor owner Mirali. Pacheco is diligent and dedicated to quality. The aromas of various shade trees and peach oaks planted on the estate are very attractive. Another aromatic landscape. The coffee garden is naturally fertilized. The sun and air drying room after washing are all built after consulting experts. The following photos are taken from Gozpiez Estate:
