Kangjun Manor, located in the Wahgi Valley of the western plateau province of PNG, began to grow coffee in the 1950s. Its boutique coffee is famous in Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and North America.

The manor, with an average elevation of 1600 meters above sea level, is grown organically, including Tibica Typica, bourbon Bourbon and Arusha from Tanzania. The cool climate and sufficient Rain Water provide good growth conditions for coffee trees. The harvest period is from May to July every year. Coffee beans are harvested and the ripe cherries are strictly screened. After removing the pulp, they are treated with unique live water washing technology to ensure the integrity of the quality of raw beans.

The quality of raw beans in Paradise Bird Manor is very stable every season. Kangjun Manor is loved by coffee roasters in Europe and the United States. It is a producing area that attaches great importance to the ecological environment. Coffee trees all use the original forest as natural shade not to destroy the original woodland, but also to maintain the ecological integrity of wildlife habitat.

The acidity is astringent with tannins, the aroma is fresh and floral, and the palate has a mint cool feeling after inhaling at the back of the upper jaw.
