Don K Manor

Located in the Baru Volcano region, in addition to the Don K and Duncan estates at high altitudes,

Located at about 1350 meters, it has its own treatment plant and traditional washing farmland.

The area called Volancito by Boquet is cool and frost-free at night and dry and sunny during the day.

Influenced by the microclimate of the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean, the growing season is rich in rain and the dry and wet seasons are distinct. Coupled with the lava flow of the volcanic belt, the fertile volcanic black soil and good drainage have unique growth conditions, resulting in great Panama coffee.

Natural water resources and ecosystem protection, wildlife conservation, pest control, soil conservation, integrated waste management, community relations maintenance, free medical care, fair treatment and good living conditions for farmers and their families.

Delicate full sun method legend

The full sun method of kotova takes two to three weeks to complete.

The soil or concrete floor under the black net is not generally used.

Instead, it was a thick layer of rice husk.

Such facilities can reduce the temperature, maintain humidity, and slow down the drying rate!

And that's another secret to Katoway's good taste!

Excellent competition results, not only annual awards,

The unique charm of the region, the rich volcanic soil, the fragrance

The name "Katowa Coffee KOTOWA"

It means "mountains" in the indigenous language.

DUNCAN and Don K are located on both sides of the ridge, facing the Pacific Ocean. Warm and humid winds blow to the steep ridge, bringing a variety of micro-climates here. Volcanic terrain and Pacific Ocean bring humid warm winds and low temperatures at high altitudes! Enough rain and sunshine!

Boquete, the west of Boquete, is cool and frost-free at night, dry and sunny during the day, deeply affected by the micro-climate of the intersection of Pacific and Atlantic air currents, abundant rainfall during the growing period, distinct wet and dry rainy seasons; in addition, lava in the volcanic belt contains rich minerals, fertile volcanic black nutrients are sufficient, good drainage is also quite good, and the terroir conditions are unique.

Create an excellent organic environment!

So Duncan Manor has the capital to develop high quality organic farming!

The coffee produced here has many layers of richness and fascinating flavor, thanks to the excellent microclimate.
