Introduction

Nyungwe water washing station is located in the administrative district of the same name, belonging to the Nyamashekai district of Rwanda, located in the southeast of Lake Kivu. Last year, the water washing station was greatly renovated to purchase new washing equipment in order to strengthen cooperation with more than 2,000 local small coffee farmers. The soil in this area and adjacent areas is fertile, the altitude is high enough, and the climate is mild, making it very suitable for growing coffee. The Nyungwe washing station is located at 1700 meters above sea level, and the coffee farm is as high as 1850 meters.

The dry aroma of this coffee is not obvious, and the sweetness and rich aroma will not be fully released until hot water is injected, while the wet aroma gives a glimpse into the overall flavor of the coffee, with creamy caramel-like aromas with delicate aromas of spiced tea and roasted barley. The coffee roasted in the city is slightly deep enough to show the best flavor after brewing, with a solid sweetness of black sugar and a good balance with the slightly bitter "coffee" tone. When cooled slightly, the coffee shows a flavor similar to Earl Grey Tea, with citrus notes of lemon, Darjeeling black tea with five-spice powder, and a light aroma of citrus oil. then the delicate flavor of dark fruit begins to appear (especially in the city or the whole city), and at the deepest baking degree (close to the whole city), it has the flavor of dried plum, reminiscent of carbonated drinks.
