Then place the filter cloth smoothly in the upper pot seat and pull the iron chain down so that the hook can hook to the front of the upper seat.
Put the hook on the upper seat, and remember to make sure that the rubber washer of the upper seat is really close to the lower seat, so that you can heat it to produce siphon pressure.
Wait until the water is strong enough to roll up, turn the fire off to a small fire, don't turn it off, it may come down as soon as it is turned off.
Keep the fire in a state of small fire and do not let the fire exceed the sphere in the lower seat!
Then pour the coffee powder in. It is suggested that the coffee powder should be in a medium grinding state, which is thicker than sand. The scale of the Pegasus or Eagle on the market is 3Mui 3.5.
The next is the critical minute, to let the coffee powder and water fully integrated, try not to stir too much, otherwise it is easy to have a mixed smell out, you can use the way of pressure, just press down gently.
This is the key to whether the coffee is good or not. the time for each bean to turn off is different, so please experience it yourself-- if it doesn't taste good, don't hit me.
Then put out the fire-- the coffee will come down slowly
You can also wipe the lower seat with a wet rag to make the coffee come down faster to avoid excessive extraction.
Be careful not to get burned here-and make sure the gas from the fire is turned off so as not to leak out.
