Pour 8 grams into each cup (at least 16 grams per cup is recommended by TCA3) and start stirring for the first time. Do not stir in a circle, press the powder into the water from the top down, so that the forces in two different directions collide with each other, do not stir too long, just disperse the coffee powder.
Stir for the second time at step 6 and 25 seconds.
Stir for the third time in step 7 and 55 seconds, and turn off the heat in 60 seconds.
It takes only 50 seconds to brew a single cup of coffee (the second time at 20 seconds and the third time at 45 seconds)
Step 8, if the time is not right, if it takes more than 60 seconds, wipe the ball under the glass with a wet and cold towel immediately after turning off the heat, which can quickly let the coffee down to the ball to reduce the problem of overcooking.
