You can wash the coffee machine. How should it be cleaned?

Our common commercial coffee machine is generally the latter three forms of boiler structure. As far as daily cleaning is concerned, we often clean the coffee boiler: for example, backwashing is to wash the extraction path in the direction to let the dirty water out of the coffee machine. But we pay little attention to how steam / hot water boilers are cleaned.

How is the scale produced in the boiler?

How is the scale produced in steam and hot water boilers? This boiler provides steam and hot water for the coffee machine. The pressure of the whole boiler is generally about 1.3bar. At this pressure, the boiling point of the water in the boiler will exceed 100C. This provides a large amount of steam for the coffee machine, and after the water is converted into steam, the concentration of minerals and salts in the water in the boiler will be increased, thus accelerating the production of scale. In addition, the water in the boiler has been repeatedly heated and evaporated, and scale will be produced in this process. What is the effect of scale production?

The existence of scale is widespread, from kettle to water heater, as long as they are used, scale will be produced. It has been reported that scale can cause stones in the body. But in fact, a small amount of scale will not cause harm to the human body, and the components in the scale will be excreted after being dissolved by gastric acid. Installation of water softener: the water softener uses ion exchange resin or TAC nanocrystal technology to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, reduce water hardness and prevent scale.

How to prevent and eliminate the scale in the coffee machine? Flushing large boilers: regular drainage / water injection flushing of large boilers can take some scale or crystals out of the coffee maker's boiler. [daily cleaning]

Every time you get rid of the foam:

Open the steam valve for 2 seconds to spray the milk accumulated in the steam pipe. Clean the nozzle and steam pipe with a damp cloth to prevent the accumulation of milk dirt. Daily maintenance and cleaning process:

1. Coffee maker head / handle cleaning:

(1) after each coffee is extracted, take off the coffee handle and pour out the coffee grounds, turn on the cleaning switch, insert the coffee handle, press the hot water to wash the head by using the coffee machine pressure, and clean the coffee handle at the same time.

(2) after each coffee extraction is finished, turn on the cleaning switch and rinse the coffee grounds, coffee oil and sediment left in the brewing head, coffee handle filter and the outer edge of the filter with hot water, so as to avoid the residual coffee grounds, oil and sediment in the next coffee extraction process to flow into the coffee, affecting the coffee quality, and cleaning also plays a protective role in hedging the bubble head.

(3) if there is no need to extract coffee, rinse the coffee handle clean and insert it back into the coffee brewing head to keep warm. At the end of the day, use a headbrush to hedge the head water distribution net and the head apron to clean to remove the coffee grounds.

two。 Steam nozzle (steam rod) cleaning:

(1) after using the steam nozzle to make milk foam, wipe it clean with a clean wet dishcloth steam nozzle, open the steam valve for 2 seconds, and make use of the impulse and high temperature touched by the steam itself to flush the residual milk dirt in the air hole to maintain the smooth flow of the air hole.

(2) if there are crystals of residual milk on the steam nozzle, soak the steam nozzle in hot water for ten minutes to soften the residual crystalline matter in the steam hole and on the steam nozzle. After soaking, open the steam valve to see if the steam nozzle is unblocked. (repeat this step if it is not available)

3. Drain pan / drain cleaning:

Drain pan: after using the machine, remove the drain pan, scrub and dry it with clean water and put it back into use.

Drainage trough:

(1) remove the drain pan and clean the sediment in the drain with a wet dishcloth, then rinse with hot water to keep the drain unobstructed; if the drainage is poor, pour a small tablespoon of coffee machine special cleaning powder into the drain, soak in hot water for five minutes to dissolve the coffee residue oil in the drainage pipe, and then clean it.

(2) if there is a leak at the bottom of the coffee machine, please check whether the drain is clogged. If it is blocked, clean the lower drain and drain.

4. External cleaning of coffee machine:

Wipe the outside of the fuselage with a clean wet rag every day, such as when wiping with a detergent, please choose a mild and non-corrosive cleaner to evenly penetrate and wipe the fuselage on a wet rag. The rag should not be too wet to prevent excess water and detergent from seeping into the circuit system and eroding the wire to cause a short circuit.
