Panama is the southernmost country in Central America, the coffee farm is mainly in the Central Mountains, surrounded by the Baru volcano, Boquete and Volcan-Candela, high mountain suitable microclimate and fertile volcanic soil, resulting in high-quality coffee in Panama.

BOP began in 2004 and was divided into PA- and PA-NAT- groups until 2011. In 2012, because of the strength of geisha in recent years, it swept almost all the competitions, so it was divided into three groups: geisha PA-G-, PA-N- and PA-T-. 2014 is further subdivided into four groups: e-washing (PA-EW-), E-sun (PA-EN-), traditional water washing (PA-TW-) and traditional sun (PA-TN-).

HACIENDA LA ESMERALDA (Emerald Manor): stands for Peterson Family, about 3300-5500 feet above sea level, half of which are primeval forests or located in national parks. The coffee is picked by hand and transported to the beneficio processing plant every day to check the yield of the day and whether there are any defective fruits. Geisha carry forward from the hands of Feicui Manor, and their achievements in geisha are amazing, which can be seen from the bidding price, but there is almost no sign of them in the traditional group.
