Shyira is a bright new star in Nyabihu in western Rwanda. It was officially opened in 2017. Sheila is located at 2000 meters above sea level and collects cherries from small farmers at an altitude of 2400 meters. 2400 meters above sea level can be said to be the highest of all the producing areas in Rwanda!
Sheila A1 is an incredibly delicious coffee and Colonna's favorite coffee this season. Will first taste the scent of honeysuckle flowers, golden kiwi fruit, melon flavor, and finally Mulan tail rhyme.
Sheila's full washing treatment is usually fermented for 12 hours and then dried in the sun for 35 days. The washing plant, which employs one full-time staff, will add 42 seasonal staff during the harvest season, providing 29 drying beds for 1869 small coffee farmers to handle cherries.
Sheila belongs to the Muraho Trading Company (Muraho Trading Company). Muraho works with five washing plants in Rwanda, as well as Kilimbi, Rugali, Gisheke and Bumbogo. Muraho is committed to improving the quality of coffee production. Last season, Muraho distributed 110000 coffee saplings (50,000 by Kilimbi and 60,000 by Rugali) to farmers in Nyamasheke. The program trained and helped small farmers to make higher profits by improving the quality of coffee production.
