Blue Mountain Coffee Estate is located on a scenic slope at an altitude of 1200 - 1400 meters, overlooking the town of Pyin Oo Lwin, and is as famous for its beautiful surroundings as the award-winning gourmet coffee of the same name. The coffee beans are a mixture of SL-34 Bourbon from Kenya, S795 from India and Blue Mountain with low yield.

Originating in India, S795 is a hybrid of S228 (a natural blend of Arabica and Libica beans) and Kent (a hybrid of Tibica found in India), best known for its cupping balance and slight mocha aroma. SL-34 is native to Kenya in Africa, while Blue Mountain is a unique variant of Typica, which has excellent cup quality, rich in lemon and flower, and has a sweet ending.

Suggested parameters: filter cup V60, grinding degree small Fuji 3.5 scale, water temperature 90°, powder-water ratio 1:15,15 g powder brewing 225 g water, total brewing time 2 minutes
