This batch was produced by a young coffee farmer in Colombia.
Luis Saldarriaga, a famous coffee farmer in Antioch, owns two estates, El Encanto and La Claudina, both of which are in Antioquia, each with 60 hectares, but add up to only 42 hectares for growing coffee. Louis's son, Juan, recently took over the two estates, not only experimenting with different treatments and varieties on his own estate, but also helping young coffee farmers nearby.
