Nari ñ o, pronounced "Nari Nu", we are used to calling it "that exquisite". It is located in the southwest of Colombia, bordering the country of Ecuador and the Pacific Ocean at the same time. The best coffee producing area of Nari ñ o is located around the Galeras Volcano volcano, which is an active volcano. In the picture, you can see thick smoke rising from the crater, up to 4000 meters above sea level, surrounded by high-quality coffee producing areas at high elevations.

The producing area around the Galeras volcano has a planting height of 1800 to 2300 meters. Although the equator passes through the province, due to the high altitude and river regulation, the average annual temperature is only 18.C~24.C, and the temperature difference between day and night is often more than 15 degrees C, which is one of the favorable conditions for planting excellent coffee. Maria Manor is located in this area. Since 2000, Narino Coffee has won the title of boutique in southern Colombia, especially the CoE National Coffee Competition, which began in 2005.

Nalinglong coffee beans are harvested one after another in July, and the dry season will end in August. Coupled with the monomodal rainfall pattern, the Narino area begins a dense flowering season after the first immediate rain in September, which usually means that the main cherry harvest season will be concentrated from April to July of the following year, and the super-high altitude area will even last until August. Farmers carry out the first stage post-production in their own small wet treatment plant after harvest, and it will only last until November before the second stage of drying, shelling and grading is completed. It will be ready for export in January, and the consumer country will begin to appear on the market in March. Osher has this batch of Vera. Coffee can be harvested twice in many parts of Colombia, but only once in Narino. The only rainy season for Nari ñ o is from October to May, but the dry season follows in June, July and August. Fortunately, the warm air in this area will bring moisture to rise from the bottom of the valley during the day, resulting in greater condensation of water vapor and increased humidity on cold nights, which will enable coffee trees to be moisturized in dry notes and survive cold nights.

The microclimate caused by this steep terrain allows coffee trees with Narino elevations from 1600 meters to 2300 meters to survive in cold or extremely dry seasons. This is the portrayal of the Narino high altitude manor. The coffee planted can have sufficient and absorbable water, proper growth temperature (the temperature difference between high and low temperature in this area will be more than 15 degrees C), enough sunshine, and unique topographic wind to form a unique flavor of other areas. After we got the sample cup test, we could not help but complain that she had the strength of at least 86 points, but the excessive freshness of the samples led to the domestic victory that was not ripe enough to be beaten down.
