Introduction to the Coffee Manor in Guatemala

The resplendent Manor is located in an Antigua region famous for growing the world's best coffee. The estate is located in the San Juan Alotenango area and is managed by the Hermnandez family. Under the traditional care of Mr. Don Adolfo over the years, the resplendent estate is now handed over to his son, Jose Adolfo Hernandez, who personally oversees every stage of production, thus ensuring the production of the highest and best quality coffee and providing consumers with authentic traditional Antigua coffee.

The coffee grown in this area is surrounded by beautiful volcanoes, and the mineral-rich volcanic soil gives the coffee its unique cup description of meticulous elegance, high balance, delicate aroma and high sweetness. 100% of the harvest of coffee is picked by hand, and then the bright red, stiff, fully ripe red cherry fruits are carefully screened by local careful female agricultural workers.

Because of its excellent location, the manor is located in the mountains of Antigua, Guatemala, and the dazzling manor has a breathtaking and incredible view of the sacred water volcano (de Fuego á n de Fuego), which is where the dazzling manor San Jose Buena Vista gets its name.
