The quiet and tranquil Dakaihe Village is closely adjacent to the Sun River National Forest Park, with mountains connected and water systems connected, giving Dakaihe Village a unique ecological advantage. It is a plateau climate region dominated by the humid monsoon climate in the south subtropical region.
Dakaihe Village Coffee Professional Cooperative was established in 2009, with 50 members and a coffee planting area of 7000 mu, all of which grow coffee beans of catimorP3/P4 varieties. Hua Honglin, as the village branch secretary, established Lin run Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., and opened the construction of a thousand mu of "Simao District Organic Coffee Manor" with the mode of "company + base + farmers". Among them, 1000 mu has obtained EU organic certification in January 2018, focusing on growing and producing boutique coffee.
The manor adheres to the organic route, strives to improve the coffee growing environment, maintains artificial weeding, applies organic fertilizer, and has a high-quality coffee field. The manor began to change the traditional processing method in 2015 and trained a professional picking team to increase the red fruit rate from 65% to 95%, providing all-red fresh fruit, a high-quality raw material for making boutique coffee. At the same time, the manor has a perfect fresh fruit treatment station and dry shelling plant, which is located in the center of the whole manor and is rich in water resources to ensure timely treatment of fresh fruit every day. The shelling factory is built according to the drying field, with spacious storage conditions, has two color sorting machines, and ensures the stable quality of raw beans processed every year.
2015 was an important turning point for Dakaihe Cooperative and Lin run Company.
