The coffee and green cherry of Biluo Manor grows in the eastern foot of Gaoligong Mountain in Nujiang Grand Canyon, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Gaoligong Mountain is famous for its unique geographical features and rich animal and plant resources. it is known as "World species Gene Bank" and "Natural Museum".
This is a typical three-dimensional vertical climate in the subtropical valley, with a relative height difference of 3423.6m, an average annual temperature of 21 degrees Celsius, an annual precipitation of 1100--1200mm, frost-free throughout the year and sunshine of about 2000 hours. The suitable temperature and natural conditions make the Arabica coffee beans of Biro Manor hard, small and rich.
Good coffee grows on high-altitude, low-latitude mountains and steep slopes, where coffee cherries can enjoy sufficient sunlight and Rain Water nourishment, and can agglomerate more nutrients and flavor substances under a large temperature difference while not being frosted. Longer growth cycle makes the beans harder, thus resisting the high temperature of baking.
The coffee plantation is built by the mountain, and the slope slope is more than 65 °in most places, and even more than 75 °in some places. it is difficult for the machine to work properly on such a steep slope, and the machine will increase the scratching rate to the pulp of coffee cherries, so it is difficult to ensure the quality of coffee.

Each farmer needs to carry a weight of 80 kg-120 kg per day and walk about 10 km. Each drop of coffee embodies the nourishment of nature and the farmer's yearning for a better life.
