1. Daily cleaning and maintenance:

1. Coffee machine body cleaning: wipe the fuselage with a wet rag before starting up every day. If you need to use a cleaner, please spray it on the wet rag and then wipe the fuselage with a mild and non-corrosive detergent (note that the rag is not too wet. Detergent should not be sprayed directly on the fuselage to prevent excess water and detergent from infiltrating into the circuit system to avoid short circuit caused by wire erosion.

If there is residual milk crystallization on the steam rod, soak the steam rod in a steel cup filled with 8% hot water to soften the crystallization in the jet hole and on the steam rod, remove the steel cup after 20 minutes, and repeat the operation in the first paragraph above.

4. Boiler: in order to prolong the service life of the boiler, if the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power supply and turn on the steam switch, the pressure in the boiler is completely released, wait for the boiler pressure gauge to indicate zero, and then clean the water tray and drainage trough after the steam is no longer ejected (note: do not turn off the steam switch at this time, and then turn off the steam rod when hot water drips out the next day to balance the internal and external pressure of the boiler).

5. Water plate: remove the water plate before opening or before use, scrub it with a clean water dishcloth, wait for drying and install it back.

6. Drain trough: remove the water tray, clean the sediment in the drain with a wet rag, and then wash it with hot water to keep the drain unblocked. If the drainage is poor, pour a small spoonful of cleaning powder into the drain and wash it with hot water to dissolve the coffee residue oil in the drainage pipe.

7. Powder bowl and powder bowl handle: wash the handle with hot water at least once a day to dissolve the coffee oil and precipitation left on the handle so as to prevent part of the oil and sediment from flowing into the coffee during cooking, affecting the quality of the coffee.

8. Bubble system and powder bowl handle: remove and replace the powder bowl with any powder bowl handle into a non-hole powder bowl for cleaning and disinfection (blind bowl); put a small spoonful of cleaning powder (2-3 grams) into the powder bowl; insert the powder bowl handle into the socket and check whether it is fully closed. Press the cleaning button for about 2-3 seconds and then press the button to stop (recoil), repeat this several times and then relax the handle, sweep the cleaning key and shake the handle left and right to wash the head washer and the inside of the cooking head until the water in the powder bowl becomes clean and colorless. After the cleaning is completed, remove the handle cleaning key to make the remaining cleaning powder in the bubble system flow out, and press the button to stop after about 1 minute. Try to brew a cup of coffee to remove the smell after cleaning, if there are multiple outlets. Other water outlets also repeat the above steps for cleaning and maintenance.

2. Weekly cleaning and maintenance work:

1. Boiling head: remove the water distribution net in the cooking head (if the machine has just been used and pay attention to hot hands at high temperature), soak (1000ml hot water mixed with three tablespoons powder) for one day, clean the coffee oil dregs and clogs, then wash all the accessories with clean water and scrub with a clean and soft wet dishcloth. Check to see if the water diversion network is unobstructed. If there is any obstruction, please clear it carefully with thin wire or needle. Replace all the accessories.

2. Powder bowl and powder bowl handle: soak the powder bowl and its handle in the cleaning solution (500ml hot water is mixed with three tablespoons of cleaning powder) and explain the residual coffee oil residue (note: the plastic part of the handle should not be soaked in the cleaning solution to prevent the plastic surface of the handle from being eroded by the cleaning solution. Rinse all accessories with clean water and scrub with a clean, soft wet rag; replace all accessories.

Monthly and quarterly cleaning and maintenance work:

1. Water filter: check and replace the filter core of the first and second water filter. It is recommended to change it once a month.

2. Water softener: inspect and regenerate the third water softener, the steps are as follows: turn off the water source; remove and clean the third water softener and soak it in 10% brine overnight.
